Sustainability at DHMC: Reuse those foam plates! « Things that ...
I was to enroll in the cafeteria last week, when someone from the other offices of my erection said: "Oh, when did they start using China in the cafeteria?" I had to politely give away the whole show the lady who was not DHMC deployment of reusable dishes in all its cafeterias and I turn my own layer and dig valid thereafter. We are still using patches of moss on my cafeteria. I would at least turn to compostable plates, but I discern their reluctance when DHMC composting is not even his site cardinal yet....
