Healthy alternatives/ideas for dessert especially ice cream?
I am eating heathy, working out everday, but i fancy ice cream. Its my weakness. I never pig out on it but every now and then I will eat half a cup. Is there a healthier alternative to ice cream or just any healthier dessert inkling in general?
