The material i can use are:
a large Styrofoam plate
16oz plastic "solo" cup
plastic spoon
.25" by 36" oak dowel
4 rubber
I'm fatiguing to wrap my mind around the whole "under own power" inanimate object. the best I can think of would be to make some sort of wind-up. Weld each rubber band to the dowel, all in a row. Have the dowel connected to a waterwheel (about
