Starbucks coffee?

I had a cup of coffee (improbable mocha latte) from Starbucks for the first time yesterday, and I wasn't impressed. In to be sure it was somewhat bitter. Why do they hype it up so much, if I can make much better coffee at about?

Well, there's so much hype about Starbucks since the house is fairly well-off since many people are willing to pay $5 drinks ordinary...

what is a safe coffee from starbucks, besides regular?
i'm 14 and i've had regular coffee from starbucks, but i want 2 try another type of coffee but idk what 2 try.
