my office has a brother intellifax 4100 transaction fax machine. Lately it will begin to print a fax (or copy) fine but about halfway down the messenger the fax will start over and the page will look like there was an overlay. By that I lowly you will
You most undoubtedly have a memory problem.
Sadly there is very little which will remedy this straightforward of replacing the unit.

The one we have - a Brother Intellifax 2800 - is significant, but requires a $160 part to repair.
It seems to me that I could replace it for far less than that.
So - what I'm looking for is your opinions on fax machines
Yes, for $160 you could buy a new fax machine. My pronounce ban of thumb is if you pay more than 50% of the original cost to repair it, it's while to get a new one. I still have to fax things since some companies do not accept emails. I have a faxmodem
