Can you use regular glue sticks with the Ding King dent remover?

I ran out of the black glue sticks that came with the kit and none of the local auto parts stores secure just the glue. I would rather not mail order if I can just use regular glue sticks without damaging the dye.

i've got to go together with clicketyclack on that one. there's no way to pull off the glue from the glue stick, so it won't pull the gunky blackheady mud out of your pores. if anything, i think it may just clog them more instead and that is rightful
