What's the difference between a fusion wand, keratin glue sticks, glue gun and melting pot?

How do you use each of these , and what do you requisite just to use a fusion wand?
The alteration between the fusion wand and the glue is sticks is the equipment.
The fusion wand helps shackles the pre-tipped fusion hair with the actual indivduals trifle.
The glue stick acts as the bond and helps bond the fusion hair's

I got a Stanley GR10 hot glue gun and I forgot where I bought it two years ago...So, I have to conspicuous it to school Thursday and I need more glue sticks. Where can I buy the glue sticks? Amazon said that the GR10 uses GR040 sticks but I can't find
