what glue will stick to stainless steel and not come off under weather conditions?

I would like to "bling" out my Harley and in need of to add gemstones to the metal covers on my bike... what glue can i use so they don't lay an egg off when i wash it?

Two-out epoxy resins are your very best bet. Totally waterproof. Wanting that, then evaporative polyurethane glues are excellent - in the UK, the trade name most suitable know is Evo-Stik. Look for something similar in your market. The case Gorilla Glue

Is wet cat food less likely to stick to stainless steel that crockery?

You be familiar with how Whiskas, etc, sticks like glue to china plates used for feeding pool? Does anyone use stainless steel bowls and find them less messy?
In my observation, when wet food dries out, it's just as likely to stick to stainless steel dishes as it does to crockery. I find that dowsing them prior to washing makes it easier to remove dried on chow.
