I cant run off anything because it says that thev Cyan is empty.. how can this be if its new??
plus it states that the Magenta is only half full??

The lawsuit is not word for word as you stated. Because it would damage a printer to run without ink and the printer does not skilled in exactly how much ink is used (it only estimated based on the number of pages printed), it errs on the side of discretion

I cant get the cx4300 epson to pick up the second set of ink cartridges the head is fine?

The cartridges travail in a other Epson CX4300 but not in this 1. It keeps saying replace cartridge i do all that take them out and put them back in and still says ink iniquity. This is the second set same thing at first the printer picket up as a Epson
try cleaning the printer from guts out. the nuzzles. maybe dry ink is preventing the communication between the cartridge's chip and the printer.
also, if you use compatible cartridge, then then printer might now distinguish it.
