Does the HP Photosmart Plus All in One (with wireless) use the same ink as the HP officejet 6500 wireless?

We have two printers in our edifice. One is a HP photosmart plus all in one and the other is a HP officejet 6500 wireless. Both the printers are continual low on ink and it LOOKS (by the look of the cartridge) that they use the same ink. But do they?
They use contrary cartridges according to the HP (USA) website, my friend.
The Photosmart Extra All-in-One uses the HP 564 or HP 564XL series of cartridges.
The OfficeJet 6500 All-in-One uses the HP 920 or HP 920XL series of

How to reset HP ink levels on 6500 wireless?

Installed new ink.
You don't reset them. It's handled automatically by the printer. If it won't reset, try turning your printer off, unplugging it for a few minutes, then plugging it back in. Now assemble it back on, and hold down the power button for around 10 seconds,
