How to unlock an Lg GD330. I got it in mexico from Telcel and i am trying to use it in Belize?

I distress to unlock this to use it with Belize Telecommunications Limited. Is there a program that can invent me do it or some unlock code? I dont have any money to spend on unlocking this so it have to be a gratis solution.

as far as I distinguish free codes does not unlock your phone, so even if you would find a unlock criterion criteria or whatever you'd have to spend some money.
