Help with how to arrange my wedding invitation envelopes?

I have 3 envelopes: the outer one, the inner one (which holds the invitation), and the paltry envelope (which holds the reception card). Does the party card go inside the inner envelope, or are they both separate arranged the outer envelope?
Okay, here's how it goes.
Take your invitation and lay it phizog-up on the table. Take the reception card ENVELOPE and lay it on the invitation so that the flap of the envelope is kisser-up and (when still folded over) "pointing"

Okay- I now show compassion for how to assemble these frikn envelopes. haha. But it's too late. What do you suggest. I have everything stuffed contents the "unsealed" inner lined envelopes all addressed and labeled. Should I scarcely use a seal
How about go pick up some image = 'prety damned quick'-sided sticky tape and seal them? Then use the little seal to keep them sealed.
My sister did the same inanimate object too, so don't worry. It will be fine!
