Help with Provisional License Application - Signing the back of the Photo?

I have filled out the make and stuck the photo where it says, how it says; face up, the back stuck to a pay envelope window type thing. So it says to get someone to sign it. I have someone who can ideogram it...
But my question is... how
The in the flesh has to sign the actual back of the photo so they will need to take it out or you could do this and then use another of the photo's [im assuming you got the standard four compartment ones. best wishes

A freidn wants me to feign a Dvd of about 200 photos setto musie...my plan is the use windows film maker and then burn the dvd ( this will be my first dvd i made) ..is thsi the best way
and do i have to sense every photo to movie
